Institution personnel responsible for preparing an agency self-study compliance report can optionally request input from faculty and staff via the Xitracs Portal.
Click on the Agencies tab and then click the agency and then relevant section(s) to open. Click the Edit button to add text and the File+ button to add items that may be used as evidence artifacts.
You can see how the current narrative looks for the section of the report by clicking the Preview button.
Note: Input provided by you through the portal is visible to a team member preparing the report as information; it does not directly update the narrative or evidence for a given section of the compliance report.
